The Laboratory
Watchmaking laboratory with qualified and certified experts
The watches we sell are not simply refurbished, they are a real alternative to new ones, equal to new; for this reason we have always invested in our watchmaking laboratory which has become the flagship of our business; both for the use of the best machinery on the market, and for the training of our specialized watchmakers.
Our laboratory has obtained the qualification of certified service center for the brands: Omega, Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Longines, Hamilton and Tissot
Our technicians are able to carry out repairs, restorations and revisions on any type of wristwatch from the most important haute horlogerie brands such as Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Franck Muller, Breguet, Longines, Panerai...
We carry out all the necessary work to ensure maximum care for our customers' watches, always providing a product that is equal to new both in terms of aesthetics and functionality and a 12-month warranty service.
1. Before purchase, the watch is opened and inspected in every part to verify its condition and originality
2. Subsequently, it is disassembled, dividing the movement from the other parts (case, crystal..)
3. The case, bracelet, and bezel are worked on by the watchmaker who, meticulously following the original workmanship, removes the scratches and signs of wear present on the watch.
4. At the end of the polishing process, the case and bracelet are cleaned and sanitized with an ultrasonic bath and then dried.
5. The movement is completely disassembled and serviced, replacing worn parts.
6. The individual parts of the movement are washed in a special cleaning machine to remove old lubricants.
7. All parts, after being dried, are reassembled using lubricants appropriate for each type of watch.
8. The watch is reassembled by remounting the crown, crystal, caseback, bezel, and bracelet. At this stage (if present), the gaskets on the crystal, crown, and caseback are replaced.
9. The reassembled watch undergoes a water-resistance check (only on watches with the necessary requirements to guarantee water resistance).
10. As a final step, the watch is tested on wrist motion simulators for about a week. During this phase, the watch is removed from the machines in the evening and checked in the morning to verify its proper functioning and power reserve.
