On this page you can find the answers to the questions our customers and visitors most often ask us. We are always at your disposal, but it is possible that the answer to your questions is already present in our FAQ.

For the Hamilton and Perseo brands of which we are official dealers we deal with new watches, for all the others we deal almost exclusively with used watches. It may happen that we collect unworn watches from our customers with the protective plastic and warranty still dated, in this case the conditions are like new in all respects and will be reported on the product sheet as never worn.
However, it should be highlighted that all second-hand watches on our site are completely dismantled to be checked and, if necessary, mechanically overhauled and polished or satin-finished for aesthetics, meticulously repeating the original workmanship of the watch.
All revision and polishing processes are carried out within our laboratory visible at our headquarters, where there are two qualified watchmaking technicians (click here to see the page dedicated to the laboratory).
When dealing with used watches, we have both watches with complete kit (box, purchase guarantee and our guarantee) and watches with our box and our guarantee.
The available equipment is highlighted in the description and photos on each watch.
Our guarantee guarantees originality, legitimate origin and for one year has the same coverage as the guarantee of a new watch.
All the photos of the watches on the site are unique and taken personally by our staff; therefore the conditions visible in the photos are exactly those of the product on sale, no type of photo editing is carried out to remove any signs of wear present on the object.
For the Hamilton and Perseo brands only, there may be original photos of the parent company as we are official dealers.
All the watches on the site can be viewed at our office in via G. Marconi 17 in Chieri (Turin), we are happy to welcome you without the need for an appointment from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30/15:30- 19:30.

Per qualsiasi acquisto effettuato sarà possibile gratuitamente richiedere, in fase di checkout, la confezione regalo.
The purchased goods are delivered to the courier as soon as there is reliable confirmation of payment.
The timings are:
- For northern Italy and Rome city delivery within 24 hours if payment confirmation occurs on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. For Fridays and weekends the package will leave the following Tuesday, with delivery within 24 hours.
- For southern Italy and islands, delivery within 48 hours if payment confirmation occurs on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. For Fridays and weekends the package will leave the following Tuesday, with delivery within 48 hours.
- For foreign countries it depends on particular cases.
It is possible to select "collect in store" during the checkout procedure and once the actual payment confirmation has occurred, it will be possible to collect the purchased goods from our office without the need for an appointment.
